The short version
Unburdn helps real companies actually adopt AI and not just talk about it in strategy decks. We run structured discovery sessions, we coach leadership teams, and we implement custom AI workflows centered on hard, measurable ROI. Our model is high-touch, relationship-driven, and built on a proven two-phase system. We are not consultants who parachute in and disappear. We stay until it sticks.
We need an AI Transformation Lead who can own our client engagements end to end. Someone who can sit with a leadership team, understand how their business actually works, and build a transformation plan that meets them where they are. Someone who knows that getting an organization to change how it operates is harder than any technology problem, and who has the credibility, patience, and follow-through to see it through.
This is not a training or enablement role. This is a change management role. You are the face of Unburdn to our clients.
What you'll do
- →Lead business discovery. You go deep with client leadership teams to understand how their business actually runs before anything else happens. You are mapping people, processes, and decision-making, not just asking where AI might fit. That foundation is what makes the transformation plan real.
- →Build and own the AI transformation plan. You take what you learn in discovery and turn it into a clear, sequenced roadmap for how this organization is going to change. You own that plan. You are accountable for whether it actually happens.
- →Drive the change, not just the content. Training and enablement are tools, not the goal. Your job is to change how people work. That means getting buy-in at every level, navigating resistance, reinforcing new behaviors, and staying in it long enough to see the change stick.
- →Own the long-term relationship. You are not a project resource who exits at go-live. You are the ongoing strategic partner. Monthly sessions, check-ins, and course corrections are part of the work. Our clients should feel the difference a year in, not just a month in.
- →Know what the client actually needs. You understand enough about our full range of services to read a client situation clearly. You can tell when a team needs enablement training, when they need a custom AI workflow built, and when they need both. You bring that read to the team and help scope the right solution.
- →Collaborate with the COO and CEO. You operate with autonomy, but you are not alone. Strategy, pricing, and re-scoping decisions are a team conversation.
What we're looking for
- →You are accountable to outcomes, not deliverables. You have built and run things. You know the difference between doing the work and reporting on it.
- →You can command a room. Executive presence is not optional here. You are presenting to CEOs, board members, and leadership teams. You need to earn their respect fast and keep it.
- →You understand AI at a practical level. You do not need to be an engineer. You do need to know how to use these tools fluently, explain them in plain English, and have credibility when someone asks a hard question.
- →You are relentless about follow-through. Our whole model is built on accountability. If you are the kind of person who lets things slip, this is not the right fit.
- →You are comfortable with a performance-driven culture. We are accountable to real outcomes for our clients. If you do your best work when the stakes are measurable, you will fit in here.
- →You have done something like this before. Change management, organizational consulting, business ownership, or a senior role where you were personally accountable for driving long-term change and seeing it through. You have scars from that work and lessons to show for it.
- →You speak plain English. You can explain a complex idea to a skeptical CFO without jargon, slides, or a warm-up. Clarity is a skill and you have worked to develop it.
Why this might be interesting
- →You will hit the ground running. We have an active client base and a pipeline that is already moving. You are not walking into a startup trying to find product-market fit. You are walking into a team that has it and needs more great people to deliver.
- →The process actually works. Our system has been refined across 100+ companies. You are not experimenting on clients. You are running a proven approach and making it your own.
- →We are building something real. We are a small team that has found a genuine niche and is building a name in it. You will feel that every week. The work matters and the clients know it.
- →You will work directly with founders. No layers, no bureaucracy. When something needs to change, it changes.
- →The category is real and growing fast. AI transformation is not going away. Being one of the best in the world at delivering it is a durable career position.
